Terms of Service

1. The service

AI Personal Improvement Coach is a self-improvement tool that uses artificial intelligence to suggest daily plans, habits and goal milestones, to review your progress and to chat with you as a coach. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Not medical, psychological or professional advice

The Coach is not a doctor, therapist, psychologist, dietitian, personal trainer or financial adviser, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. Its suggestions are general and generated by AI, which can be inaccurate or unsuitable for you. Use your own judgement, listen to your body, and consult a qualified professional before starting a new exercise, diet or sleep programme, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line immediately.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to use the Coach.
• Give accurate information, keep your password safe and tell us if you think your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Don’t share or resell access.

4. Plans, payments and cancellation

• The Free plan is free with the limits shown on our pricing page.
• Pro costs $12 per month or $96 per year (plus any applicable taxes), billed in advance through Stripe. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings → Plan & billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for and then move to the free plan.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we don’t provide credits for partial periods. If something went wrong, write to us — we’re reasonable.
• We may change prices for future periods with advance notice; changes never apply to a period you’ve already paid for.
• AI features are subject to fair-use limits (for example daily message limits and a monthly AI budget) that protect the service for everyone.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Coach to:

• break the law, or harass, threaten or harm anyone;
• try to access other people’s data, probe or overload our systems, or bypass limits and security;
• scrape the service or use automated means to access it except through features we provide;
• try to make the AI produce harmful, illegal or abusive content.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Your content

You own what you write in the Coach (goals, check-ins, messages). You give us permission to store and process it, including sending it to our AI provider, only as needed to run the service for you. AI-generated plans and replies are yours to use for your own purposes.

7. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the Coach running, but it’s provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable, and AI responses may sometimes fail or be delayed. We may improve, change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service entirely we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on AI suggestions, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Coach and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may end these Terms if you seriously or repeatedly break them.

10. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes we’ll notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Coach after that means you accept the updated terms.
